We will draw the lucky winner at approximately 8:30 p.m. during Victory's event on October 18, 2025. The winner will be contacted by phone/email following the event to coordinate details. Online entries must be received by October 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PST. The raffle is presented by Victory and a maximum of 199 total tickets will be sold. The winner does not need to be present to win. The total prize is valued at $6,500.

If the winner has not claimed their prize within six months, they automatically forfeit the prize. Eligibility: All raffle participants must be physically in the State of Oregon at the time of purchase. All raffle participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets and/or win. Winner is required to show proof of identity with ID card or other valid form of identification. This raffle is void where prohibited by law. Victory Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
